ABOUT

Caz McGovern is an award winning filmmaker and writer based in London, England. In 2017 she launched C.M Video Arts, a freelance video editing business. Under this brand, she has managed post production for companies in communications, fashion and publishing. Some of her clients have included Google, New York Magazine, Becaris Publishing and The United Nations. ​

She has also worked as a screenwriter, content manager, videographer and website designer for independent artists and small businesses based in both London and New York City. 

 

Caz is currently on the film festival circuit with her short film They Don't Leave, which has screened at 15 festivals and won the best Suspense short award at 4. It was also the recipient of The Big Sky Film Grant. 

 

Her neo noir script The Stray is currently ranked in the top 3% of all feature scripts on Coverfly and is featured on The Blacklist. It was also a recipient of The Denis Diderot Artist Residency Grant.
